When I was working for a small television back in 2010, I got the chance to explore new places and experience tasty dishes. In one particular episode, I produced a feature about the unique deep-fried pork skins of Camiling, Tarlac aptly named
Chicharon de Camiling. I'm happy to share with you a few of the photos I have of that episode featuring this delicious delicacy.

Nothing could be more mouth-watering and so crispy on the skin yet tender on the inside than the chicharon (fried pork skins made in the town of Camiling, Tarlac. |

Nothing is wasted by the Camilenos when they prepare Chicharon de Camiling. The oil where they deep-fry the pork skins is sold in bottles. |
and a few more photos....in the next post
